I first discovered La Sem in the ’80’s, on Finch Ave. If the amazingly delicious pastries were good then, I’ve been even more impressed by the quality and variety of the baked goods now. A Lady Bug for my wife’s birthday, another design for the other Scorpio birthday crowd – and now everyone both in my family and friends are now La Sem only very happy customers. Now a special order two layer cake for my youngest grandchild, and a lot of little pastries, makes for an exceptionally happy party. Thanks to everyone at La Sem for the gift of great fun cakes that taste as good as they look.
